Business Process Analyst Intern (Finance)

This internship is a paid position.
Description:
The Business Process Analyst Intern will assist in evaluating and designing business process requirements with a Member-first focus. This includes researching and analyzing data in support of business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements as well as project and process management.
Work Schedule:
• Working approximately 12-15 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Must be able to work onsite at Royal Credit Union Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI throughout the school year and during breaks.
• This is a limited term, non-benefit eligible, position that will start May 2023 and go through May 2024. If selected for the internship, you must be able to commit to the full 12 months.
Required Skills:
• Enrolled at a University throughout the length of the internship, pursuing a degree in
Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated analytical and process design experience through coursework, projects, or work experience.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency with core systems, and tools such as SQL, workflow creation, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate and improve existing processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to process information.
• Effectively presents information and responds to questions from team members and leaders.
