Business Manager (Project Management)
Position Title: Business Manager -7E
Position Summary
The Business Manager oversees a large and dynamic group of professionals including Commencement, and Quality Assurance teams. The Business Manager oversees the design and implementation of process and reporting to ensure that data is properly maintained in Crown's ERP system to result in accurate billing, payments, P&L, Balance Sheet and Lease Accounting entries. The Commencement team is primarily responsible for abstracting data points from new executed legal documentation and entering the information into the Corporate Recurring Billing system. The Quality Assurance teams are primarily responsible for ensuring accuracy of the monthly escalation, data corrections, and the reconciliation processes as well as monthly quality reporting, trend reporting analysis and data quality projects.
