This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the customer service department. In addition to planning, implementing, and evaluating the smooth organization and successful execution of assigned projects. Located across from the Chester County Airport. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the special projects assigned to the call center (recall project with merchandising, discontinued parts and reclassification of part numbers with purchasing). Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored. Work closely with customers, internal / external stakeholders, liaise /manage third party contractors and suppliers as required to meet project delivery requirements. Responsible for responding to all Leather Fronts Inbox queries and addressing all items (vendor and team members communications) Responsible for monitoring social media posts and responding to all customer services related posts. Provide backup support to the Customer Service Representatives during high peak times or staffing shortages/vacation coverages. Responsible for completing all monthly and weekly reporting. Identify and report performance improvement areas and/or concerns. Establish good working relationships with vendors, team members, and customers Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. Complies with all Witmer Public Safety Group Policies and Procedures. Performs other duties or projects assigned by the management team.
