Manager of Talent Acquisition (Human Resources)



     The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead the execution of Ollies recruitment across the Store Support Center and sourcing vendor relationships. The Ollie's Talent Acquisition team is expanding to meet future expansion goals, and this critical role will have a significant impact on our growth and the overall development of Ollie's Talent Acquisition function.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leverage efficient recruiting processes and practices to manage high volume of fast growth retailer.
  • Collaborate with sourcing vendor partners to ensure optimization of investments and products. 
  • Own the recruiting practice to attract and hire key talent for roles across all corporate functions in the company and other senior leadership roles as assigned.
  • Partner with Executive Team, Hiring Managers, and Director of Talent Acquisition to identify and fill vacancies and plan for future openings.
  • Maintain communication with candidates to keep them informed at each stage of the interview process ensuring a positive candidate experience and build reputational value in the field for Ollies.
  • Strategize and participate in employment brand and employee value proposition initiatives w/ Sr. HR and Marketing leadership.
  • Discover and research original sources to identify talent (job fairs, colleges, networking, etc.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition; retail/corporate recruitment exp. preferred
  • ATS familiarity and exposure to multiple HR technology platforms preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in ATS environment, seeking continuous process improvement
