Physical Therapist Assistant PTA (Healthcare)



Full Time, Part Time, PRN Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA). Responsibilities to include providing care in the following settings: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Outpatient, and Home Health Care. 

Valid PTA License in the state of Ohio required

The Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) will assist in providing quality Physical Therapy patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with facilities and patients, under the direction of licensed personnel.

Responsibilities of a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA)

  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) performs job duties in various settings including SNF, Outpatient, and Home Health Care.
  • Appropriately delivers treatment to achieve identified objectives.
  • Communicates patient's status and needs to supervising Physical Therapist, and as appropriate, to the patient, the patient's family the staff and other professionals.
  • Attends facility patient care plan, administrative staff and family conference meetings as directed by the Licensed Physical Therapist.

Qualifications of a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA)

  • Valid PTA License in the state of Ohio
