Position Summary:
Under the leadership of the Director of Global Marketing, the Associate Director, Product Marketing is responsible for the development, implementation, integration, and management of strategies, programs, and tactics for HCP and Patient customer segment(s), assigned channels (personal and non-personal promotion) and/or key initiatives in collaboration with other members of the brand team and relevant internal stakeholders. As appropriate, this role provides direction for work delegated to assigned staff and/or vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables or provision of services.
Performance Objectives:
Shared responsibility for achieving revenue, market share and A&P expense targets. Execution of promotional plans and programs, driving innovation and ensuring consistency with strategic brand plan. Management of budget for areas of accountability including: phasing, tracking and ongoing oversight. Collaboration and integration with members of the commercial team, cross functional team, as well as external agencies, to deliver against assigned objectives.
