SourceAmerica is looking for a talented Subject Matter Expert, Stakeholder Insights to join its Workforce Development team in Vienna, Virginia.

Job Summary
In this position, you will be responsible for applying knowledge and experience to lead the design, administration, and analysis of stakeholder surveys and related research projects. The position will perform advanced analytics of firmographics/demographic data and secondary research to identify relevant trends and provide input on the design of workforce programs. The position will support the development and implementation of a Voice of the Customer (VOC) program per SourceAmerica's strategic plan where you will capture and report on customer insights. The position will also support the development of environmental scans per SourceAmerica's federal requirements. The Subject Matter Expert, Stakeholder Insights reports to the Senior Manager of Research & Stakeholder Insights in the Workforce Development business unit.
