Service Operations Support (Finance)
SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPPORT:Responsibilities include providing training and support to service department personnel on current procedures and systems that include, Decisiv service platform, Service Writer estimating, SRT's and warranty. Position will also focus on and communicate KW service measurements as they relate to PremierCare Gold standards, Decisiv case metrics and support warranty related audits and improvements. Will also coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed both in person and online.
Must be self-motivated and have outstanding customer, internal & external people skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are needed to be successful in this position. Applicant needs to have prior experience in parts and or service related fields and have the ability to develop processes and procedures. This position requires extensive travel and applicant must be willing to travel to all store locations and be able to work without direct supervision.
