i2 Services are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Delivery Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# application development, Java web development, and a range of other programming and data management technologies. This role involves leading and delivering i2 projects, ensuring high-quality solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project Delivery: Lead and manage delivery projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements. 

• C# Development: Design, develop, and maintain C# applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards. 

• Java Web Development: Develop and maintain Java-based web applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and security. 

• JavaScript & Node.js : Utilize JavaScript and Node.js for data access to enrich existing i2 software solutions. 

• Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases, ingestion of data, security, and performance. 

• Data Handling: Work with JSON, XML, XSLT 2.0, and XPath 1.0/2.0 to manage and transform data across various platforms. 

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs. 

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development and delivery processes. 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in C# for application development and Java for Enterprise Applications. 

• JavaScript (Node.js): Experience with JavaScript, including Node.js. 

• Database Management Systems: Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. 

• Data Formats: Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSLT 2.0, and XPath 1.0/2.0. 

• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of software development life cycle, coding standards, and best practices. 

• Project Management: Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects. 

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. 

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams. 

• Clearance: Us federal Top Secret and Criminal Justice Information Services clearance capable. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Familiarity with additional programming languages or technologies. 

• Previous experience in a senior or leading role within a delivery team.
