Program Director (Finance)
What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Program Director ensures overall contract compliance for the program and oversees the day to day operations for the site. The Program Director ensures all tasks are completed reliably, timely, within an efficient manner and with proper customer service.
What You'll Do:
Lead team of direct reports and non-direct reports to ensure business outcomes and contract goals are defined and met
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the Client and act as a liaison to ensure their expectations are met and any requests for information are responded to in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the contract and MTM
Act as a mentor to new employees and assist with the development of team members
Learn, understand, and manage all aspects of the contracted program
Plan continuously for growth and issue resolution
Review service delivery to ensure that the most appropriate and effective methods are in place for the program
Responsible for building required documents, reports and work plans as needed
Maintain up to date knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act
Maintain working knowledge and abilities of the MTM system
Identify and manage stakeholder expectations during all phases of the contract
Present monthly and annual reports, plan reviews, and work in a consultative manner
Provide high quality customer service
Represent the organization by embodying the defined culture and MTM Brand Ambassador behaviors
Must conform to MTM's HIPAA standards
What You'll need:
Bachelor's degree
Willing to accept relevant experience and specialized certifications in lieu of a Bachelor's degree depending upon contract specifications (Certifications can include: COTA, OT, PT)
8+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
5+ years of experience managing an operation (Management of a multi-site operation preferred)
3+ years of professional experience working with individuals with disabilities
Familiarity with the assessment process and making final determinations for eligibility
Experience and knowledge with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations and sensitivity to issues relating to people with disabilities and older adults
Experience conducting information-gathering relating to ADA Paratransit eligibility
Experience in all phases of the employment process (recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, termination)
Experience with contract implementation
Experience managing complex contracts with SLA's and government compliance
Experience managing employees at all levels of the organization
Even better if you have...
Master's degree preferred
Experience with Lean processes; Six Sigma certification, preferred
Contract compliance experience, preferred
Ability to follow through on service issues, troubleshooting problems and concerns, complaints, and education
Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with the client, staff, applicants and their caregivers
Strong interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse group of people
Intermediate level of proficiency or above with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
Ability to acquire knowledge on additional programs and software's
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to interact effectively with individuals of varying levels of disabilities
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Knowledge of the public transportation system & services

Salary Range:
Max Salary: 130k
Min Salary: 100k
