Role:
As an Agile Coach you will transform the way our Data & Digital team organizes and executes work. You are a strong leader who thrives in a space where they are advocating, challenging, and influencing both teams and leaders in seeing the benefits for adoption of Lean-Agile practices.
The Agile Coach focuses on driving transformation for the program/teams which they are assigned while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture. You are an expert in helping teams adopt a Lean Agile mindset and maturing the use of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.
