HR Coordinator - Remote (Finance)

The Pre-Employment Coordinator oversees the entire pre-boarding process and coordinates tasks within the pre-boarding process according to departmental protocol.
Job Responsibilities/Duties
Minimum Education: Associates Degree, HR Certification or equivalent Human Resources Experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum Experience: One (1) year of relevant work experience in a Human Resources department required. Previous experience working with software such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Computer literacy and proficiency. Prior Human Resource experience in a Healthcare setting preferred. Bilingual preferred.
Req. Certification/Licensure: PHR Certification preferred.
