Lead Key Account - OEM Programs (Finance)
Building robust relationships with our OEM customers and internal stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with others in supply chain and operations functions.
Gaining in depth knowledge of the OEM and their supply chain requirements and network.
Ownership in identifying and proposing solutions to issues that may arise. Look for new ways to work and build efficiencies.
What you'll do:
Maintains working knowledge of customer accounts, pricing and inventory maintenance and management with an emphasis on understanding customer needs and identifying unusual order activity.
Builds relationships to gain customer confidence and loyalty with an emphasis on value added service opportunities.
Work with other to research issues and implement solutions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including strong Excel skills
Ability to establish a strong rapport with customers
Analytical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment
