Customer Service Associate - Part Time (Sales)



 Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:15pm - 6:15pm, and Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm.

As a Customer Service Associate you serve a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression to customers through friendly and courteous service. This is a Part-Time position working up to 29 hours per week. 

Customer Service Associates are Responsible For:

  • Helping customers meet their financial goals by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service
  • Processing customer transactions
  • Actively support our customers by identifying customer needs and suggest banking products and services for their solution
  • Counting cash and balancing a drawer
  • Maintaining bank and customer records

 

Qualities We Look For:

  • Outgoing and a great attitude; able to talk with clients to build relationships
  • Technologically savvy; able to use multiple computer systems
  • Ability to adapt to change 

 

Ideal Candidates Should Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of experience in customer service; cash handling is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
