Marketing and Communication Coordinator (Finance)
Assists in developing marking and communicate strategies for various campaigns and initiatives, working with all necessary leadership staff throughout the association
Supervise Marketing and Communication Support Staff in hiring, onboarding, role-modeling, coaching, scheduling, and on-going development.
Assist with managing and monitor department's budget in order to meet or exceed expectations.
Serves as the secondary marketing resource within the Association, primarily when working with branch level staff.
Assists to develop, implement, and oversee foundational systems within the areas of Marketing and Communications, including but not limited to social media, facility and direct marketing, advertising, digital marketing, publicity and internal communication.
Assists with providing guidance during creative process of marketing campaigns and oversees creation of various components of campaigns, e.g. print collateral, web content, including timely production of deliverables.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Graphic Design preferred. Proven applicable work history of two or more years may be considered in lieu of degree.
One or more years of experience in a marketing/communications-related field.
Demonstrated success in project management.
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite required.
Experience in social media platforms and CMS programs required.
Background must include experience in writing copy and other communication pieces.
Schedule Requirements:
This is a full-time position. Typical hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
