Ascend Learning Healthcare is searching for a Director of Marketing for our Health Sciences segment, who possesses strong product marketing expertise, a demonstrated ability to create, communicate and capture customer value, an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude. If you enjoy diving deep into your category and knowing your target audience as real people (and not just someone who happens to buy your stuff), and delivering relevant, insightful marketing strategies that drive our business forward, this role could be for you.
Reporting to Ascend Learning's Healthcare Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate will have a history of developing targeted strategies for integrated marketing plans & programs, embedding voice-of-customer throughout the organization, using analysis and insights while building/driving disciplined marketing process rigor, and spearheading marketing campaigns to generate impact. This person needs to be a creative/critical thinker, a transformer, a curious self-starter, an innovator, a leader, a collaborator, and a brand ambassador at heart.
