GENERAL MANAGER (Food Services)



HAVANA CENTRAL, an upscale-casual, high-volume restaurant is looking for an experienced, results-oriented and dynamic General Manager ready to lead a team of hospitality professionals.  We are known for our strong culture, detailed training program, quality food and service, quality of life, and our passion for your growth and development.

The ideal GM encompasses excellent leadership, motivator, training, coaching, and decision-making skills to manage the overall restaurant operations. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, health and safety and labor law compliance.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • 4-5 years  in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • Safety and Sanitation DOH compliance
  • Cost /Labor Controls
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Reliable, dependable and motivated
  • Able to work 10 hour shifts with extensive standing/walking
  • P&L knowledge
  • ServSafe Food Manager + Alcohol Awareness Certification a +
