Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Healthcare Analytics (SMHA) is a strategic role within the HORNE REDi Healthcare Analytics Division. The SMHA holds overall responsibility for envisioning, communicating, and implementing the analytic strategy that creates business value for the division and our clients.
The SMHA works closely with the Senior Manager of Technology & Development and the Manager of Analytic Engineering & Growth to understand new technologies and how they support innovative solutions to meet client needs. The SMHA is responsible for working with REDi technical leads to help clients leverage their technology investments and propose solutions that will meet their strategic and tactical objectives. The SMHA also advises on the development and delivery of analytic education and training of REDi and client team members.
The SMHA role is a strategic position on a cross functional leadership team. The desired individual has experience as an analytic leader working across multiple functional areas in healthcare, government, and the private sector. The SMHA will spend most of their time building out the analytic expertise of the division with a smaller, though dedicated portion of time focused on helping with education, analytic engineering growth and analytic operations. This position requires up to 35% travel.
