Analyst, EHR Support
SCOPE OF ROLE
Reporting to the Specialist, EHR the Analyst, EHR Support will be a key participant in the implementation of Signature Health's EHR system, EPIC. The Analyst, EHR Support will be successful in their role by supporting end-users during practice management and electronic medical record implementations. Following implementation, you will be responsible for providing new and current employees on-site Epic application as a subject matter expert, end-user trainer, and support person. You will help contribute to a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement in role-specific access.
