Applications Analyst / Senior Applications Analyst - Onbase (Information Technology)



Work Schedule: 

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus an afterhours/weekend on call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states.

We are seeking an Application Analyst / Senior Applications Analyst – Onbase to:  

  • Support of System Infrastructure, including database, servers, network connection, security configuration, web applications and application services.
  • Lead OnBase system administration, configuration, workflow development, application deployment and support.
  • Provide end-user support as well as being capable of learning new applications/modules quickly and show the ability to work with different levels of staff across the institutions.
  • Work with vendors and operational application owners to implement new initiatives.
  • Analyze, design, document, test, troubleshoot and coordinate new build, upgrades and changes to current solutions.

Education:

Minimum – Associate degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field

Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree 

Preferred – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of small to medium to scale solutions.
  • Demonstrated success applying critical thinking to identify problems and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring

Preferred –

  • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large-scale solutions using the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position
  • Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field.
  • Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods.
  • Experience in information services or technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration.
  • Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least five (5) years experience in a health system, academic medical center, or health payer organization.
  • Experience supporting systems and/or operations in a 24x7 healthcare setting.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – None

Preferred – 

  • Vendor (e.g. Epic, Oracle, other) certifications as relevant for the position, per department guidelines
  • CPHIMS, PMP, ITIL
