Copy Of Packing (Project Management)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run equipment in packing department (pouch machine, cartoner, tape machine).
Complete Travelers (dates, lot numbers, and weights).
Daily inventory data entry.

Quality Control:

Make sure packaging is correct item, size, case label, box, etc.

Make sure date code is correct, has proper placement, and easy to read.

Make sure products/ingredients packed are the best quality (taste test).

Report to Production Manager:

Obtain approval for production plans.

Report/discuss production problems with ingredients and packaging.

Report any equipment problems.
