This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of DCCU as its Treasury Management, Vice President.
Job Responsibilities: This position serves as a key role in the management of the Balance Sheet. This role ensures Assets, Liabilities, and Net Worth are structured and allocated to maintain strong financial performance, stability, and soundness across a spectrum of possible future economic environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; management of the Credit Union's Investment Portfolio and other aspects of overall liquidity objectives and ensuring effective management of all aspects of operations pertaining to financial risk-modeling and stress-testing, etc. This position will also be involved in annual budget planning and monitoring, the management of the organizations Rate-lock (mortgage pricing and pipeline management) function, and they will work closely with external auditors regarding credit union audits and/or other engagements.
The ideal candidate will have a related 4-year College Degree and 5-7 years experience in the field. The successful candidate will bring a positive and collaborative work approach to the leadership team. The candidate will have the ability to interpret information to make decisions and recommendations with a proved aptitude for rapid learning and thoroughness. The candidate will also have the ability to develop others through delegation of responsibilities and coaching. The successful candidate will possess a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
