Through Enabling Solutions, Prudential is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the team servicing PRT, and Structured Settlements, as an Associate Manager. The Associate Manager, who will have some technical responsibilities, will be leading a team of professionals, and has accountability for the overall performance and administration of the team. This role will be responsible for coaching and developing associates, ensuring excellent customer service through a focus on performance evaluation and workflow management. Our goal is to provide a customer centric, multi-channel, low effort experience for participants, and to drive change on our teams. The successful candidate will partner with their peer leadership group and contribute to the departments overall success by engaging in continuous improvement initiative.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $81,000 - $109,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
