SUMMARY
Provides general direction to the parts department employees by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Assist in the supervision the parts department and responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of this department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid clean California driver license and have a Forklift Operator Safety Certificate.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $65,000 - $86,000 Annually
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
Monthly salary, excellent company-paid benefits, company paid life insurance and profit sharing plan, and 401(k). Paid vacation and holidays.
