Case Manager **Lawrence Work for Success** (Personal Services)
Under the supervision of the Area Director, the Case Manager shall be responsible for case management services provided to the clients served. The Case Manager shall operate in an ethical, professional manner, and interact with others in such a fashion as to create and maintain respect for the agency. They shall act in accordance with the policies determined by the Board of Directors and shall abide by all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Specifically, those related to Social and Rehabilitation Services/ Commission on Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery Licensure Standards and any contractual agreements. The duties of this position include referral services, educational presentations, individual counseling, group counseling, case management activities and all related paperwork demands.
