Director- Risk Advisory (Hybrid) (Security)



The Director, Risk Advisory is responsible for driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and actively contributing to the overall revenue growth of Pinkerton's consulting services. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (In office/remote) located in Miami, FL.

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  2. Develop, implement, and execute a successful sales strategy for Pinkerton Risk Advisory (PRA) services.
  3. Establish and develop thirds party sales channels including resellers, partnerships and referrals for PRA services.
  4. Expand and manage our reseller and strategic partner network for risk consulting services by developing and managing relationships that will maximize business opportunities for Pinkerton.
  5. Collaborate with various Pinkerton departments including PRA service delivery, PRA Products, and Managed Services to drive sales, enhance existing offerings, and in the development of new products and services.
  6. Drive growth of services, sales, and meet assigned goals.
  7. All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree (Master's, preferred) and at least seven years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate security, risk management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
