SUMMARY OF POSITION FUNCTIONS
The Rehabilitation Director plans, organizes, develops and directs the ASC Therapies Rehabilitation Department to guarantee the highest degree of quality care is provided to patients in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards; communicating at all levels with the facility to ensure cooperation and sharing of information; oversight of safety, sanitation and infection control within department; manages equipment and supply functions; ensures residents' rights; budgeting and planning; assuring highest quality customer service; compliance and teamwork; working in collaboration with ASC Therapies management staff in accomplishing these duties.
