Executive Administration Project Leader (Information Technology)
DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire an Executive Administration Project Leader in Olathe, Kansas who is well-versed in Business Administration, Operational processes and Project implementations. Must have experience managing large projects and teams responsible for internal projects. Will document processes and procedures and will teach how to properly execute. Will learn both current and new ERP systems, plus internal Business Intelligence and Reporting systems. Will assist with implementation of several new systems, train personnel, trouble-shoot and resolve user issues, ensure user support is excellent and responsive, collaborate with others in Administration at all levels of the business, including Process Improvement team and Operations to enhance reports and create executive summaries. Will lead and manage Senior Administration team projects. Travel: Up to 40% at times with overnight office visits.
