The Vice President Corporate Controller and Corporate FP&A of Epiq is responsible for overseeing all global corporate accounting and finance operations while achieving strong internal controls and meeting all applicable compliance requirements. The role will be primarily responsible for establishing and managing accounting, tax and finance workflows to include financial reporting, general ledger accounting (month-end close), and revenue operations to have quality accounting and reporting.
Additionally, the role will lead the planning, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting function. The VP will bring innovation and best practices to the organization, particularly around developing and maintaining financial models to support existing budgeting and forecasting, internal financial report analysis, and capital expenditures. Of prime importance, this executive will closely integrate the corporate FP&A function with the remainder of Epiq's business operations, bringing consistent processes and high-value analytics for proactive business decisions or insights into risk and mitigations.
This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
Candidates based in California, Colorado, New York or Washington:The Annual Compensation range for this role is 151,542.90 - 303,085.20 USD Annual and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
