• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to engineering specifications.
• Perform part inspections using gauges, CMM, and visual tools.
• Maintain cutting tools, coolant flow, and machine cleanliness.
• Follow TPM maintenance and startup procedures.
• Navigate CNC programs and verify correct program selection.
• Document production activity in SAP and complete required paperwork.
• Comply with operation sheets, frozen processes, and safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate as needed.
• Participate in workstation 5S audits and maintain a clean work area.
