This position assumes total responsibility for internal day-to-day operations of new brands joining our restaurant division. They will be responsible for the execution of core operational functions and strategic development for brands assigned. This representative must oversee management, budget, and operation of the restaurants as well as maintain liaison with sales, marketing and the finance department to ensure maximum profitability and administrative efficiency. Ideally, this executive should bring senior-level experience and possess a successful track record with proven results in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or a relevant service industry. Supported by an effective operations team based in Reston, VA, the SVP of Retail Operations will produce new and innovative ideas and strategies that will maximize our portfolio to the highest service and culinary potential, and ultimately fuel an increase in restaurants' sales, revenue, and efficiency.
