What You'll Get to Do

The Customer Service Rep 1 is focused on providing product/service information, processing orders, resolving issues, and reports to the Customer Service Manager. 

This role is perfect for an individual who possesses ability to understand and address customer needs/concerns effectively, attention to detail, and strong communication skills (verbal and written).  A vital member of the Customer Service Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Provide product/service information and resolve issues.
• Process orders and act as a customer advocate.
• Coordinate with sales and production to meet deadlines.
• Resolve product/service problems and ensure resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain product knowledge.

What We Are Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in alpha/numeric data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and identify geometric shapes
