Warehouse Manager (Construction) (Administrative)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Position Purpose
Efficiently deliver and maintain a highly organized Warehouse for maximum efficiency and utilization while adhering to OSHA/HFHCR safety protocols. Provide availability of materials to the field construction staff, allowing for the smooth, uninterrupted execution of building schedules. Coordination of ordering, delivery and usage of material, In-kind donations as well as purchased inventory items that flow through the warehouse.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has supervisory responsibilities and will directly manage and coach the Warehouse Assistant(s). At times, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Construction Assistants and Volunteers at construction sites across the affiliate service area.
Work Environment
This position will require working in a warehouse environment without climate control. At times the Warehouse Manager will be expected to work primarily outdoors, exposed to heat and cold as well as inclement weather.
