Inside Sales Representative (Sales)
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging customers after an in-home product demonstration (IHPD) by the factory sales representative. This role focuses on sustaining customer relationships, recovering canceled sales, and assisting customers who were declined financing, with the goal of securing completed sales contracts.
What Youll Do:
Acquire in-depth product knowledge to effectively engage customers by phone and, when needed, conduct follow-up product demonstrations in the home.
Execute daily sales calls based on assigned leads and call campaigns developed by the Inside Sales Manager.
Contact customers who have canceled sales to attempt recovery.
Work with customers who were declined financing to explore solutions and retain the sale.
Utilize company-provided sales tools and technology, ensuring accurate and timely entry of recovered sales contracts.
Address customer concerns promptly to deliver a positive experience and maintain satisfaction.
Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal teams, particularly Audit and Customer Fulfillment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
