Administrative Conduct Specialist (Finance)
The Administrative Conduct Specialist reports to the Director of Student Judicial Programs. The position interfaces heavily with students, occasionally participates in the resolution of certain types of student disciplinary cases, and assists in preparation and implementation of training and programing. This role is required to draft memos and communications with students and other relevant departments on campus, and submit for approval by Director. This position also provides general office support, including office supply and work orders, and assistance with budget, travel, and expense reporting. This position is responsible for disciplinary file creation, both physical files and updating student electronic files in the conduct management software used by this office. This position is responsible for ensuring that all physical disciplinary files are updated regularly and stored in an organized manner.
Ideal candidates should have experience in organized and swift completion of administrative office tasks, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing. Experience and skills related to Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Excel, and Adobe Sign are also important. Experience with Maxient student conduct software and Oracle Cloud Applications is preferred.
