Compliance Manager (Finance)
The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing internal compliance reporting and the environmental audit program, as well as leading the Environmental Specialist team and implementing proactive programs to continuously improve regulatory compliance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Education/Experience : BA/BS Degree and 10+ years of water/wastewater and laboratory experience.
Licenses/Certifications : Valid Driver's License.
Technical : Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet. Ability to analyze, interpret and report complex data. Comprehensive knowledge of local, state and federal water/wastewater regulations. Advanced knowledge of water/wastewater systems and technology. Experience developing and implementing training and audit programs.
Communication : Communicates clearly & professionally. Contributes to a positive internal & external customer experience. Maintains composure in challenging situations. Collaborates with others. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs.
