National Health & Benefits Business Analytics Advisor (Hybrid) (Finance)
As a National Health & Benefits Business Analytics Advisor, you will have a highly visible role, both internally and externally, as your primary responsibility is to conduct research for client, articulate findings and work with them in a consultative manner. You will be responsible for advising a book comprised of National segment clients. Through the use of internal analytical tools, you will be expected to work with our Sales teams to set up customized analytical presentations to be delivered to the client (typically in person), on mutually agreed times throughout the year (typically quarterly).
The goal of these presentations is to provide our clients clear insight as to what is driving their results and create insights-driven recommendations to help mitigate their trend and improve the wellbeing of the client population. In this role you will be expected to be the external face of Cigna's analytic capabilities and consultation to the client. Client meetings typically consist of customized presentations for the desired time period where you will be the primary presenter to a larger group consisting of internal sales and team management, external consultants and the client. Additional ad hoc and special projects for the clients you manage are also possible.

Qualifications:
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
