Director of Software Engineering (Finance)
As the Director of Software Engineering for Honeywell Process Measurement Controls (PMC), you will be responsible for leading PMC's global software engineering team while providing strategic input to help shape the future of PMC's software connected/digital services offerings.
PMC is a $1.5bn Strategic Business Unit (SBU), part of the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG) within Honeywell. We specialize in gas measurement, control, quality and detection solutions, as well as field instrumentation, terminal gauging and custody transfer solutions. We provide innovative solutions that help customers improve process efficiency, safety, and reliability in various industries, primarily within oil and gas, renewable energy, utility, and semiconductor verticals.
In this role you will play a critical role as part of the PMC R&D leadership team reporting directly to the Vice President, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for PMC. You will be responsible for building and leading a global team of software engineers to create compelling software and services offerings that create additional value unlock when used alongside our products. This is a transformational leadership role, that requires an experienced leader with proven experience of creating software solutions for industrial products, while bringing a strategic mindset that leverages market data and customer-based insights to ensure the teams are focused on creating value for customers as well as Honeywell.
