Integrated Skills Coach (ACT) (Personal Services)



Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a full-time Integrated Skills Coach to add to our team of professionals.  This position will work in our Community Support Services department providing Assertive Community Treatment services to clients assigned to the team.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Assertive Community Treatment services to clients assigned to the team. 
  • This position will provide case management, skills training and development and other clinical services in a community setting. 

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related Human Service field.
  • Knowledge of available community resources is preferred.
  • Previous work with the SMI population is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with interpersonal and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Must have valid driver's license, auto insurance that meets the Indiana State minimum coverage requirement, and qualify for Company's vehicle liability insurance.
  • Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, sex offender registry check, and drug screen.
