Shipping/Receiving Material Handler (Finance)
Role Summary
Performs duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing as well as delivering a variety of materials, equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently move WIP material from one department to another
- Operate powered industrial equipment
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks
- Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive and pack inbound and/or outbound warehouse products
- Load and unload trucks
- Utilize JDE to report parts and move in the system
- Bring raw materials to the work center
- Transport completed WIP to the next operation
- Ensure correct labeling of reported WIP and raw material
- Inspect for damaged products
- Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
- Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
- Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Perform work under direct supervision
- Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff
- 0 to 2 years of experience

- Ability to lift/move heavy objects
