Call Center Instructor (Administrative)
SUMMARY:
The Call Center Instructor is responsible for conducting employee training programs for new hires and existing employees on customer service techniques and CCS policies and practices, including the use of technical systems. Must understand various learning styles and successfully adapt to teaching methodologies while adhering to the curriculum and lesson plans. This position must be able to remain current on client expectations, CCS call center best practices, policies, procedures, and industry techniques.
