Remote Driver Supervisor (Biotech)

The Driver Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing driver operations in multiple locations while ensuring each team member has the tools and support needed to excel. They will maintain direct daily communication with drivers to promote professional, customer-focused delivery service that upholds our company's reputation. The Driver Supervisor will supervise safe driving practices and coordinate with customers to ensure proper product delivery and storage according to their specifications. Enforce standardized delivery procedures including proper use of scanning technology and authorize credits when appropriate. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance driver skills and job performance while implementing comprehensive safety protocols. Additionally, maintain readiness to serve as backup driver to support operational needs when required.
This position will require substantial travel.
