Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (Marketing)

We are currently seeking a collaborative creative teammate to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Senior Digital Marketing Strategist.  In this role, you will be responsible for leading the creation, implementation and optimization of digital strategy across various media channels. 

What you will do:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall FCCI digital marketing strategy
  • Develop strategic plans for digital marketing campaigns using all necessary tools FCCI corporate website, SPIKE Intranet, (Cision/PR Newswire, FCCI Marketing Portal, MailChimp, Survey Monkey, BombBomb, Hootsuite, Glassdoor, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more).
  • Develop social media accounts and monitor performance of all digital platforms.
  • Interpret and measure data analytics performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal customers, marketing & communications team and IT to develop and deliver business objectives.
  • Assist in creating additional marketing content in both print and digital mediums.
  • Recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
  • Assist in brand development and monitoring in new states and territories.
  • Development of video scripts and production via in-house technology.

The selected candidate can work from any FCCI office location (Sarasota, FL; Lake Mary, FL; Lawrenceville, GA;  Indianapolis, IN; Richardson, TX;  Richmond, VA;  Ridgeland, MS).  This is an in-office role with a hybrid schedule.

Experience

Required
  • * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related Note: Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
  • * Minimum of four years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • * Solid SEO experience
  • * Strong research and analytical skills
  • * Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and forms)
  • * Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • * Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making
Preferred
  • * CDMP designation preferred
