Rotational Program Associate (Finance)

The Rotational Program at Standard Textile is designed to develop recent graduates by providing comprehensive exposure to various facets of our business. Participants will rotate through various departments within our business, gaining hands-on experience and developing a broad understanding of our operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Department Rotations: Participate in six rotations across key departments, including estimating, project management, field operations, product line strategy, customer service and sales.

• Project Management: Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that drive business objectives and innovation.

• Skill Development: Enhance your skills in areas such as communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership.

• Networking: Build relationships with colleagues across the organization to foster collaboration and drive impact across departments while learning from industry experts.

Qualifications Include:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Textile Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Internship or prior work experience in a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new environments and learn quickly.
