Licensed Member Advocate Specialist (Personal Services)
We are seeking a Licensed Member Advocate Specialist for the Investment Center Department.
The Licensed Member Advocate Specialist is accountable for analyzing each situation, one by one, before determining the appropriate response. Each situation requires a level of analysis of simple cause and effect to determine the best response. This is about diagnosing why a condition exists. The nature of the work is about accumulating data from which to draw conclusions. It involves dealing one-by-one with concrete situations as they arise. It requires the articulation and accumulation of data which are judged significant to the output and a diagnostic judgement based upon linking those data. It involves diagnosing a problem from a multi-factor model. Some judgement regarding optimum multi-variable outcome is necessary.
