National Account Sales Executive (Marketing)

We innovate new products and processes for our customers that drive safer, smarter, and more effective solutions. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and headquarters are located in Andrews, SC.

Position Summary: Responsible for development, growth, brand awareness, and strategic direction to drive ErectAstep revenue for key national distributor accounts. This includes driving business activity in support of field sales teams and leveraging wins to rollout programs in concert with the distributor's national account teams.

Responsibilities
· Develops and executes go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue expectations.
· Plans, directs, and communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to internal and key account leadership.
· Delivers presentations and conducts strategy sessions to create annual operating plan for key national accounts.
· Builds positive relationships with assigned accounts up to the C-suite level of their organization, as well as providing a linkage between the distributor account teams and ErectaStep sales.
· Initiates and executes programs and promotions to exponentially grow revenue with key national accounts.
· Reviews business trends, pricing, and protocol to increase incremental growth within customer, based on market performance history and relevant data.
· Manages all aspects of the customer relationship at the national level including recommendations to facilitate national initiatives and growth.
· Represents ErectAstep as account contact with key national accounts headquarters and division/region leadership to develop and foster collaborative, financially sound working relationships.
· Works with SixAxis Marketing to align promotional interests (Advertising, Media Work, Trade Shows, rebates, etc.) of parties, with respect the proper budgeting and control processes.
· Leads cross-functional relationships to ensure that agreements and initiatives.
· Adjusts strategy appropriately in the face of changing business climates.
· Leverages SixAxis resources to promote and pull-forward commercial relationships. Resources include Fly In events, Executive Management support for Field and C-Suite meetings and New Product Development.
· Other duties as business needs dictate.
