Distribution Technical Writer - Lakeland (Creative Design)
The purpose of this position is to provide clear, concise communications to Distribution managers and associates. This includes documenting policies, procedures, and processes, as well as change management materials to implement such processes. It also includes researching and understanding Distribution Operation's processes and systems to develop communications.
Additional responsibilities include:
design and develop SharePoint sites, design user training on how to navigate the SharePoint sites, serve as the subject matter expert for Distribution SharePoint sites and design and develop SharePoint sites for other business areas
develop, create and maintain tools for analysis and documentation (i.e. summaries, reports) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
assist the Distribution Personnel and Policies Manager with department responsibilities.

be at least 20 years old
have a valid driver's license and authorization to drive a company vehicle (on or before his or her start date in the position)
Bachelor's degree in a Business, IT, Journalism or Technical field or equivalent experience
three years of business experience with a focus on technical writing or analytics
successfully complete a battery of assessments administered by Selection and Performance Measurement (before his or her start date in the position)
have a willingness to travel, sometimes overnight.

Bachelor's degree in a Business, IT, Journalism or Technical field
Four or more years of technical writing experience and analytics
Any project management certification such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
