Internship - HR Services Representative (Administrative)



Internship Opportunity Overview

Boise Cascade has an opening for an HR Services Representative. This position offers you the opportunity to learn how our HR team provides global support for critical HR processes and internal customer service. You will have an opportunity to learn our HR infrastructure while providing support and feedback to the HR Services team.   

 

Job Details

Start Date:  This internship is scheduled for a Spring/Summer period.

Duration: 90 days

Work Week: 10-25 hours a week between M-F. Days TBD, based on student schedule.                                        

Work Location: Hybrid work option with roughly 80% in the office 20% remote

Reports To: HR Services Supervisor

 

Here's What You Will Do and Learn

  1. Learn email and case management system
  2. Learn and develop skill set with specific Customer Service daily/weekly/monthly tasks
  3. Learn and engage in specific SOPs/processes and provide feedback to improve
  4. Attend meetings and present feedback and ideas for improvements
  5. Participate in overall CS activities and special projects to build networking and partnership
