Campaign and Communication Manager (Creative Design)
Wagner Equipment Co., the Caterpillar dealer for Colorado, New Mexico and far west Texas, is seeking applications for a Campaign and Communication Manager. This position will be based in Albuquerque, NM or Aurora, CO.
A Campaign and Communications Manager is responsible for the effective internal and external communication of all marketing campaigns and marketing operations improvement projects. Empower improved employee and customer engagement, empower selling and improved customer loyalty by ensuring Wagner employees and customers are aware of “what's happening?” through the Wagner Equipment Co. Intranet and the Wagner Equipment Employee and Customer Communications Monitors. The manager will empower selling by managing and the timely delivery of all marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Manager should have proven sales and marketing skills; Effective leadership, organizational, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; knowledge in project management, advanced skills in computer applications; and experience in marketing tools, concepts and campaigns. The manager should also be proactive, creative, detail-oriented and work well independently and as a part of team within a stressful environment. Manager will have two advertising specialist direct reports.

Pay Range: $51,207.61 - $70,411.90 annually
Pay rate is dependent on education and experience.
