What You'll Get to Do

The Truck Driver is focused on day to day activities that will consist of handling and loading/unloading glass and/or metal products, load securement, daily pre and post trip of vehicles, multiple deliveries, and customer service and reports to the Fleet Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is safety minded, experienced with traffic and weather conditions and good customer relations skills.  A vital member of the Fleet Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Handling and loading/unloading could include handling loose, crated, and racked glass, metal and associated products, as well as operating boom cranes, and truck mounted forklifts.
• Handle product in a manner that will not cause damage to the product or injury to self or others.
• Recognize product defects and notify Manager immediately of any issues

What We Are Looking For

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence to operate the type of equipment the applicant will be driving.
• Satisfy all federal, state, and local government requirements.
• Valid CDL Class A or B
• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) as dictated in the company standards document.
• 2 years' experience incident free highly preferred.
